AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE STAFF DECRY ILL TREATMENT.

She wrote ''Kindly come and rescue fellow Nigerians here at Airtel customer care center Ibadan, Oyo State, where Nigerian graduates are sacked without proper procedures of labour law, where crazy shift are imposed on the agents, where employees are not allowed to take their breaks.



She continued ''Imagine security officers seize graduate phones because you are not allowed to go inside with your phone, even in times of emergency''.
''During night shifts, call center agents sleep on mats and they tell you if you can't cope, you should resign. The crazy afternoon shift they just introduced, runs from 12:30pm to 9:30pm, where there is insecurity, no street lights with ritual/kidnapping cases in the state.
Please we need the whole world to see how these Indians are treating graduates like slave without proper job design and salary structure''
