A flogging competition recently took place in Osun state Nigerian. In Ipetu-Ijesha to be precise. The competition or sports was between two streets: Odoise and Ifofin. Each street have a representative. The represetattive that withstand the most highest number of flogging, becomes the winner.
I sincerely don't know what to call this: tourist attraction, sports or foolishness!
