The alleged abductor of Ese Oruru was today granted 3million naira bail by the Federal high court in Yenegoa, Bayelsa with two sureties of like sum.
The conditions of the sureties is that both of them must be based within the jurisdiction of the court: One must be a title holder and the other a civil servant of at least level 12. Also both of them must provide tax clearance of the past 3 years.
Yinusa Dahiru had been charged of kidnapping, abduction, unlawful carnal knowledge, sexual exploitation among others
