YENI KUTI: FELA'S ELDEST DAUGHTER ENGAGED AT 55

YENI KUTI, happens to be the eldest child of the late Afrobeat icon, Fela Anikulapo-Kuti.
Her long time fiancĂ©, Theo Lawson, finally proposed marriage to her on Tuesday May 24, 2016. The event took place inside the same hall of Parisona Hotel now Prince of Anthony Hotel, Anthony Village, Lagos, where Fela married 27 women in one fell swoop on February 19, 1978, on the first anniversary of the burning down of Kalakuta Republic by “unknown soldiers.”

The event, which witnessed an impromptu performance by Yeni’s younger brother, Femi Kuti on stage, started at 7pm with an emotional outburst from the celebrant upon walking into a hall filled with friends and family members waiting to sing her a happy birthday song.
Yeni had thought Lawson was taking her on a get-away, to a place where no one would disturb them. However, when her fiancé finally picked her up at the New Afrika Shrine, Ikeja after her programme, Your View on TVC, it was indeed to a serene Prince of Anthony Hotel.
Initially, Yeni couldn’t recognise the totally refurbished Prince of Anthony Hotel as the then Hotel Parisona. She was ushered into the Royal Suite of the hotel with Lawson, who of course, knew all the plans. At the dot of 7pm, Lawson asked her to come with him downstairs to the hotel’s Chinese Restaurant, as part of her private birthday treat. But on getting there, Yeni almost fainted, as she beheld friends and family members including Femi Kuti, her colleagues at TVC, and a host of other associates all numbering about 50, who bust into a happy birthday song.
But this was just the beginning of the night of surprises. After the cocktails, and the sumptuous meals, came time for felicitation. Femi and Seun Kuti, who came in late, Dr. Dotun Ransome-Kuti, eldest of the Kuti clan, and Kunle Kuti, all took turns to pour encomiums on the celebrant.
The icing on the cake of the birthday party was when Lawson went on bended knees and in measured tones proposed marriage to Yeni. After the proposition, the hall went into a frenzy as the musicians exploded into different beats. Multi-talented singer, Ade and guitarist-cum-singer, Aduke performed song after song. So also was the ageless Jimi Solanke. But the night was wrapped up when Femi Kuti took to the stage and performed in honour of his elder sister.
Still dazed by the entire event, Yeni said: “I am still in a shock.”

NIGERIAN WOMAN'S KIDNEY ILLEGALLY HARVESTED IN ITALY

According to the SUN, this is a sad story of a Nigeria woman, whose kidney was tempered with.
Ms Julie Osamese felt a little feverish when she walked into the Ospedale Maria Vittoria Cibrario Hospital in Turin, Italy sometime in November 2008. Her only complaint was a slight increase in body temperature, and that she explained to the doctor who attended to her. Tests were conducted, following which she was given medication to use and instructed to return for evaluation after a week.

But her second visit to the hospital could be described as the greatest mistake of her life. For this Nigerian lady, it marked the beginning of years of woe. It was the beginning of years of trauma during which she was moved to six other hospitals. She eventually ended up in a mental home, despite being mentally stable. Some of the hospitals Osamese was taken to include Amedeo Di Savoia Svizzerra and Ospedale San Giovanni Bossco.
According to the chairperson of the House of Representatives Committee on Diaspora Affairs, Rita Orji, who recently led other members of the committee to investigate Osamese’s disheartening story, the woman, in her 30s and a legal immigrant in Italy, was, on her follow-up visit to the Ospedale Maria Vittoria Cibrario hospital, given drugs which made her dizzy. It was gathered that as she complained to the medical personnel who attended to her, she was tied to the bed despite her protests. By the time she woke up, part of her buttocks had allegedly been chopped off, and her kidney tampered with. That was how she lost control of her bladder, leading to uncontrollable urination, it was gathered.
Narrating the inhuman treatment meted out to Osamese, the lawmaker said: “After taking the drugs for one week, she came back to report how she was feeling. On that day, she was asked if she came to the hospital alone, and she said, ‘yes’ innocently without knowing the reason why that question was put across to her. That marked, the beginning of her paralysis. She was asked to lie down that they were going to give her some medication. Within two, three minutes, she was approached with a mixture in a cup and she drank it, believing that it was for the fever she complained of. But she became dizzy and she was telling them how she felt. But they said there was no problem.
“Suddenly, the team of doctors came around and tied her legs and her hands on the bed and she started shouting, ‘why are you tying me’? She said one of the doctors responded that she could shout at the top of her voice, but that nobody would know what was being done. That was how they faced her down and gave her injection on her base bone. After the injection, she passed out. When she finally regained consciousness, she saw that the lower part of the buttocks on both sides had been chopped off, to the extent that the bones  in her buttocks had cracked and she saw the pieces of the bones. Also her bladder was disengaged from the source with urine pouring out uncontrollably. In fact, she woke up on a catheter and a big plaster by the region of her kidney.
“They started moving Madam Julie from one hospital to the other. It is the norm that when you are being transferred to any hospital, the ambulance in which a patient is transferred goes with a medical report. But in Julie’s case, nothing like that was done. They dumped her into one ambulance to drop her in one home or the other without attaching her medical history. They kept her, thinking she would die. At a stage, she was only living on prayers. They finally dropped her at the seventh medical Centre. During our investigations, I asked what the reasons for moving her from one place to the other were. There is no answer to that. What they were telling us is that she is mentally Ill. She is diabetic. But I want to tell you that all these stories are unfounded. No one has the confirmation of these health conditions they told us she suffers from based on medical ground.
“On our arrival at that place, we conducted a test and found that Julie is not diabetic. The scan that was carried out on her, and we have the result, shows that her kidney was tampered with. This is what the woman has been shouting about for the past eight years, and nobody seems to believe her. Today it is Julie, tomorrow I don’t know who it will be. On their final stop, they dumped her in a mental home, a woman of thirty something years, dumped in a mental home that harbours old men and women that are demented.”
Also corroborating Orji’s story, another member of the committee who represents Itu/Ibiono Ibom federal constituency, Henry Okon -Archibong, a medical doctor, explained that Osamese can never walk again, no thanks to the havoc inflicted on her.
“From what happened, they might have tried to give her anaesthesia before they harvested the kidney. In doing that, they damaged the lumber and sacred nerves. So, there is no way Julie can walk again. Julie has been paralysed and the issue of walking has nothing to do with what we are calling for. She has to be compensated, the medical doctors that participated in what led to her current situation have to be dealt with as the law permits,” he said.
Indeed, the committee is demanding that the Italian government investigate Osamese’s case with a view to fishing out the medical personnel whose highly unprofessional conduct led to the loss of one of her kidneys and her permanent confinement to a wheelchair. The lawmakers are also asking for the highest form of compensation and a complete rehabilitation of the mother of one, who they said have been the subject of several protests by the Nigerian community in Italy.
Orji declared: “The action that will satisfy us as lawmakers starts from the whole world condemning the injustice meted out to an innocent person. We are saying that there should be a holistic compensation and a new medical team should conduct an analysis of Madam Julie’s situation and proffer the best way to get her life back on track. She has lost hope on the medical doctors around her. So, I will advise that they have to look for another medical team that are not from Turin to carry out this job.”
The lawmakers also called on the minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama to investigate the role of the staff of the Nigerian High Commission in Italy, whom they accused of negligence. “You can’t believe that when the relations of this lady were at the hospital, a woman named Deborah and another man called Ifeanyi, the woman told them what she had been put through. She gave them documents to back her claims and told these relatives of hers to run to the Nigerian High Commission in Rome, to inform them of what happened. Those documents were given to one Madam Martina and Mr. Folorunsho who are staff of the commission. But no one asked after her (Osamese) since 2009. They never went to visit her. They didn’t even keep the documents handed over to them. When we demanded for them, they denied ever receiving the documents. For us, the recklessness of the Nigeria High Commission in Italy as at then, caused the terrible situation we see. Assuming they intervened on time, the situation of this woman will not be this bad,” Orji added.

Wonders will never seize!

Popular Nollywood actor, Osita Iheme, a.k.a 'PAWPAW' who is renowned for his numerous comic roles, has opened up on why he  yet to be married.
Osita Iheme, who is known all over Nigeria as PawPaw, has responded to allegations that he and his ‘twin’ in the industry, Chinedu Ikedieze alias Aki, are having some misunderstanding which sprung up after the latter got married, even as he addressed the issue of his continuous state of bachelorhood.

The actor is still enjoying life as a bachelor unlike his close friend and colleague, Chinedu Ikedieze, also known as Aki, has been married for over six years. There had been speculations that the duo are at loggerheads as they haven’t been seen together in movies and social gatherings ‘as usual’.

The Imo state-born actor told the Sun, “There is nothing really going on between us. There is no movie to feature both of us so we have been doing our stuff separately. If any producer wants us together in his movie, then we shall do it as usual.”

When asked why he is still enjoying life as a bachelor when Aki has been married for over six years, Pawpaw said he was taking his time.

He said, “Marriage is not a step to be taken because other people are taking it.

“Even if the person is your twin, you don’t have to do it just because he did it. It is something you do when you are ready. I’ll take that step when I’m fully ready,” the 33-year-old comic actor stated.

ONE YEAR OLD BOY WITH FULLY GROWN SEXUAL ORGAN AND THE SEXUAL NEED OF AN ADULT

The one year-old boy in Delhi, India is suffering from a rare condition called precocious or early puberty. He reportedly has fully grown s*xual organs and desires like that of a 25-year-old man.

According to Hindustan Times, doctors at Max Super Speciality Hospital in Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, said that the testosterone (male sex hormone) levels of the child were 500-600 nanogram per deciliter (ng/dl) compared to the average hormone levels of 20 ng/dl.

Doctors said that precocious puberty affects only one in 100,000 children in the age group of 8 to 10 years. However, attaining puberty at the age of 1 is extremely rare, doctors say.

They said that the incidence of such cases is increasing, with 1 to 2 cases now being reported in 1000,000 boys.

"It is a rare case that happens once in 10 odd years. Precocious puberty is traumatic for a child of his age. The baby can't express his feelings or understand what is happening to him, while his parents are left confused," Vaishakhi Rustagi, consulting paediatric endocrinologist at Max Super Speciality Hospital who is treating the boy, was quoted by the HT as saying.

The boy's parents observed the unusual growth patterns in his body six months after he was born. Although they ignored these changes initially, thinking their child may be a little bigger than other babies.

Gradually, the boy became not only taller, but his genitals grew abnormally.

"We thought maybe he was just a big baby, so we did not take him to the doctor. But by the time he was one, it was apparent there was something wrong. My mother-in-law, who has taken care of several children in the family, also said that his growth seemed unnatural. That is when we took him to the doctor," the boy's mother was quoted by the daily as saying.

His parents finally took him to a doctor when he was 18 months old. By then, he was 95 centimeters tall, 10-15 cms taller than the children of his age, had facial and body hair and his voice had also started breaking.

Rustagi said that the unusual changes in the baby's body were due to exceptionally high testosterone levels due to which he would experience sexual urges too.

"Since he was so young, he was not able to understand what was happening. He would experience sexual urges too," Rustagi said.

The doctors are now treating him with hormone block therapy under which the boy needs to be injected once every month to block the effects of testosterone. He would be treated with the therapy for the next 10 to 12 years.

"If such children are not treated, they will become violent. The physical changes will not be suitable for their age. They will also stop growing after a few years and remain about 3-4ft tall," Rustagi told the daily.

The hormone therapy is costing the baby's parents Rs. 11,000 a month. No insurance company has agreed to support them financially, the daily reported.

STRANGE : A MAN KILLED HIS FRIEND FOR REFUSING TO CHARGE HIS CELL PHONE FOR HIM!

A bricklayer by name Demola Wasiu, was arrested by the Lagos State Police Command for allegedly killing a friend of his, Lekan Omotosho, 27.
Wasiu, an indigene of Ede, Osun State, stabbed Lekan Omotosho, an Ogun State indigene in the armpit after he refused to charge his phone for him.
The victim was said to have lost a lot of blood before he was rushed to the Lagos Island General Hospital, where he died on Friday.
It was gathered that Omotosho was an apprentice in a mechanic workshop on Ajele Street, Lagos Island.

He was said to have come to Lagos from Mowe, Ogun State, three months ago.
His boss, Olayinka Oyinloye, said he had warned him against his friendship with Wasiu after he was arrested for a crime he knew nothing about.
He said, “Just two months ago, the police arrested him while watching over Wasiu’s phone. The problem is that they usually smoke hemp in that place where they charge phones. Throughout the time of his detention, this so called friend did not check on him.
“After I got him out on bail, I warned him against the friendship and cautioned him not to allow anybody put him in trouble.
“On Thursday, Wasiu came again and asked him to help him charge his phone and watch over it. Lekan (Omotosho) refused. That was how he became angry and started fighting him.”
Our correspondent was told that the suspect, who had a bottle of beer in his hand, smashed it on the floor and stabbed Omotosho in the armpit.
Oyinloye said, “He fell down and started bleeding. People took him to a hospital, while they held Wasiu to prevent him from escaping.
“They took Wasiu to the Lion Building Police Division around 11.30pm. I went to check on Lekan (Omotosho) in the hospital. Around 1am, he died. I went back to the station to report the development to the police. Some of the officers followed me to the hospital to confirm if he was actually dead.”
At the SDCI, the suspect begged for forgiveness, saying he never intended to kill Omotosho.
He said, “All I want is forgiveness. I did not mean to kill him. He was my friend and I have no reason to kill him. Please help me beg them to give me another chance. I have no father or mother to assist me.”
It was learnt that the victim’s parents had arrived from Ogun State to recover the corpse from the police after autopsy.
The Deputy Police Public Relations Officer, Damasus Ozoani, confirmed the incident, adding that investigations were ongoing.
He said, “Yes, it happened. The suspect, Demola Wasiu, stabbed the victim, Lekan Omotosho, with a broken bottle. He was rushed to a hospital where he was confirmed dead. The matter is under investigation.”

COMMON BREASTFEEDING CHALLENGES

Worldwide, breastfeeding is recognised as the best way to feed an infant because it protects the mother and infant from a variety of health problems. Even so, many women who start out breastfeeding stop before the recommended minimum of exclusive breastfeeding of six months.
Often, women stop because of the common problems they encounter. With sound guidance and appropriate medical treatment, most of them can overcome these obstacles and continue breastfeeding for longer period.

Breast engorgement
Engorgement is a medical condition that breastfeeding mothers can experience. The breast milk will come in around 24 to 72 hours after birth. A degree of fullness may be experienced in the breasts at this time. After feeding, at least, one’s breast should feel soft and light (well drained). Engorgement is caused by a build-up of blood, milk and other fluids in the breast. It will occur if the baby is not feeding and attaching well and the breasts not drained well during feeding. Less commonly, it may occur if the body is making more milk than the baby needs.

Signs and symptoms
Engorgement results in full and often painful breasts.
Ensure your baby is attached well when breastfeeding. Feed the baby frequently at least eight to 12 times every 24 hours.
Do not limit the baby’s time at the breast. Express a small amount of milk before you feed to soften your breast and help the baby to attach. Use cool towel or clothe from the refrigerator (not freezer) for comfort.

Blocked milk ducts
A blocked duct causes tender or painful lumps because of milk building up in the breast behind a duct. Milk ducts are small tubes inside the breast that transport milk to the nipples.

Signs and symptoms
A painful red lump or swollen spot on the breast. One may also see a white spot on the nipple, which is a sign that a duct may be blocked. Blocked or plugged ducts are areas of the breast where the flow of milk is blocked. They can stretch the nearby breast tissue and cause a painful breast lump.
Management of blocked ducts: Feed frequently from the affected side first. Gently stroke the breast towards the nipple during feeding. This may assist the letdown reflex. For comfort and reduction of the swelling from excess fluid, apply a cold cloth or towel. Express after feeding and if there is a white spot on the nipple, soak the nipple with a warm moist cloth and the health worker rub or scratch off the spot with a sterile needle to allow the duct to open and the milk to flow again. Use paracetamol or anti-inflammatory tablets according to directions.

Prevention: Ensure correct positioning and attachment. For frequent drainage of the breast, alter your position during breastfeeding to include underarm position, cradle position or lying on your side. Check for a white ‘spot’ on the nipple, as this may be blocking the milk duct. Avoid sudden long gaps between breastfeeding periods.  Use tight or restrictive clothing such as a bra. You should avoid holding or pressing one area of the breast too tightly, especially close to the nipple.

Mastitis
Mastitis occurs when there is a blockage of milk in the milk duct. Some milk may leak out of the duct into the surrounding tissues causing inflammation and infection. Milk ducts are small tubes inside the breast that transport milk to the nipples.

Signs and symptoms
The breast has a red, painful area, an aching flu-like feeling such as a fever, feeling shivery and generally unwell. Seek medical help if fever lasts more than six hours.

Treatment of mastitis
Drain the breast frequently. Attach the baby to the affected side first. You may need antibiotics for 10 to 14 days. Keep the breast drained by expressing the affected breast after each feed. Cool cloths from refrigerator (not freezer) can relieve discomfort and pain. Anti-inflammatory medication such as ibuprofen will reduce the inflammation and pain. Paracetamol may be taken to ease discomfort.

Nipple pain, sores and cracks
Another common reason mothers stop breastfeeding early is nipple pain. Causes of nipple pain include nipple injury (caused by the baby or a breast pump), while sore nipples are one of the most common complaints by new mothers. If the nipples are cracked or raw, one can put expressed breast milk or a nipple cream, petroleum jelly, ointment on them, and cover them with a non-stick pad.
This will keep the injured part of the nipple from sticking to the bra nipple vasoconstriction, which means the blood vessels in the nipple tighten and do not let enough blood through. To determine the cause of your pain, your healthcare provider will examine you and your baby, and watch you breastfeed.
Are you having issues with establishing breastfeeding? Talk to lactation experts, doctors, gynaecologists, paediatricians, nurses and other health workers, who are highly skilled in breastfeeding issues. There are foods and medications called galactagogue that can help you to increase breast milk supply, this works best when a mother has low prolactin levels (i.e when there is a genuine, not a perceived, low milk supply issue), and after a mother has received support and education to improve her breastfeeding or expressing technique.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT HAVING SEX ON YOUR PERIOD.

Having sex on your period is very safe. The myth that it is dangerous originates largely from religious beliefs. Many people believed that women were “dirty” or “unclean” while menstruating, and for this reason,
contact with menstruating women was limited and mostly seen as an abomination. In fact, some religions still adhere to these practices; however, medically speaking, there is no reason you cannot have sex on your
period.

Here are things you should know:

The doctors prescribe it; When asked, a doctor said “If the patient is comfortable with it, then it’s great to continue having sex throughout the month and not have to take a break, it is perfectly natural and safe for both partners”.
To avoid stained bed sheets, you can put a towel down on the bed, or just be spontaneous and get busy in the shower. And do not be concerned if you see dark red or brown clumps during or after sex; that is just older blood and cells of your uterine lining, and it is perfectly normal.

You might enjoy it and your partner might too;  Arousal is different for every woman, and some may be too distracted by the pain of their period and its annoyances to actually get in the mood for sex. But for others, menstruation could actually make you feel aroused. That’s because your estrogen and testosterone are low on day 1, but they start to rise by day 3. “Some women report they feel more aroused and more sensitive around this time” a doctor says. Plus, your flow can serve as extra lubrication during sex, which can also increase pleasure.
Now, women usually assume their partner will be disgusted by their period but it is often the person who is menstruating who puts a stop to sex, not her other half. Every couple is different, and some people will be more open to it than others. If you do not know what your partner might think, ask at an appropriate time, good communication is everything.

Pick one or another; So if you are not comfortable with penetration during your period, there’s no reason you cannot still enjoy other sexual encounters without making a mess. “She can wear a tampon and the focus can be on the clitoris” a doctor says, and she can still help her partner orgasm with oral stimulation.

You still have to protect yourself; Do not think for one minute you are entirely free of getting pregnant if you have sex while on your period. “Some periods last more than a week and sometimes a woman’s ovulation can overlap with menstruation,” a doctor explains ; on top of that, sperm can live for 3 to 5 days.
You will also need a to use a condom if you don’t know your partner’s STD status. A medical personnel explains “the cervix is more open during this time of month (which allows the blood to pass), you have a slightly higher risk of infection from exposure to a sexually transmitted disease during unprotected sex”.
So do not be scared of having sexual intercourse during your period, it might just work for you

ASO ROCK VILLA CHAPLAIN DECLARES A 365 HOURS NON STOP FOR PRESIDENT MUHAMMADU BUHARI

Pastor Seyi Malomo, of the Aso Villa Chaplain declare a 365-hours of non-stop praise concert to welcome
the May 29 Democracy Day celebration.
The 2016 Democracy day (May 29) will mark the first year of President Muhammadu Buhari in office.
Pastor Seyi Malomo, the Aso Villa Chaplain while speaking on Sunday at the concert tagged: “Halleluyah Nigeria,” said the praise concert was organised to thank God for keeping Nigeria united despite the religious and ethnic diversity in the country.

“The first reason is praise is a form of thanksgiving; so we thank God that we are together as a nation. The programme started at about 11am on May 14 at Sharon Ultimate Hotel and will end at National Christian Centre by 4pm on May 29, which is a Democracy Day, exactly one year of the anniversary of the inauguration of His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari and the Vice President, Prof Yemi Osinbajo.
“Other reason why it is set up is that we believe that with the way we are praising God, God will smile on our nation. We can feel the heartbeat; we can feel the sincerity of our leaders that they really want to ensure that this nation move forward and they are doing their best. The economy due to the falling oil price is being affected, a lot of things, but we believe that as we talk to God, God has a way of turning things round.”
He continued: “The other reason is that we have chosen 365 hours to mark every day of their anniversary. And then finally, it’s going to a world record because the highest non-stop musical concert in Africa was 65 hours, after that we have had 70, 71, 72, 73, and 74 by the Redeemed Christian Church of God. And then there was one in 2007, not praise but musical concert in Japan which was for 182 or 183 hours. We are going to 365 because we want to let the world know that great things happen in Nigeria. Nigeria is fantastically breaking record; we are doing great things. Those are the reasons behind it,”
While calling on all Nigerians to be a part of the program, the clergy said: “The Hallelujah Nigeria is tagged an initiative of God’s people in Nigeria praising God. It is an inter-denominational musical event. We are having gospel artistes from all the various denominations of the church; from ECWAS, Redeemed Christian Church of God, Cherubim and Seraphim, Catholic Church–letters have been sent to all; the Pentecostals, everybody, and then individual musicians, individual musical groups.
“It is for everybody, we want to make a statement that Nigeria is also in the scheme of things when it comes to world record and it is not an ego-building thing but something to let us know that we can achieve something from our various departments. This is a musical aspect of the church, we are challenging even others; those who are in the medical field to break record, those in the legal field to break record, educational field…so that we all do something to lift up the image of Nigeria.
“The call I am making is that we should celebrate what is honourable. Apart from the inter-denominational gathering of the churches, which come and go, there is a 70-man-choir team that has devoted themselves from the first day, taking shift every hour to ensure that this programme is non-stop. They are worthy of honour by Nigerians and the greatest honour is to celebrate God with them.
“So everybody should come and worship God, come and bless God and I know that as God did for Jehoshaphat that through praise, he gave him victory, he will give us victory as a nation and every group that comes will have victory, every church that comes will have victory and every individual, including myself and my family, we will not miss our victory in Jesus name.”

ADANNA OHAKIM TELLS WOMEN TO BREASTFEED BOLDLY IN PUBLIC

Former IMO state governor's daughter Adanna Ohakim and husband, David are currently in Mallorca, an island in Spain for family vacation with their baby Kian and Adanna recounts what happened while at a restaurant, she had to breastfeed and got an ugly stare from a couple across from them as a result.
She encourages other nursing mothers to be confident and proud when breastfeeding because it is a natural thing.

 See what she said below.

''Moments before David took this candid photo of me nursing Kian at a restaurant, I had the most unfriendly stare from a couple across the table. I’m sure what they meant to say to me was: ‘Did you seriously just whip out your boobs? Here? In public? That’s just rude!’ Of course they didn’t say anything to me because if at all they understood body language, mine said ‘Don’t you dare’
Not too long ago I remember making excuses like: ‘it’s not convenient to breastfeed there’ and I would pump milk to feed Kian from a bottle whenever we were in public. I’ve had situations where I’ve tried to use large blankets to cover him while nursing, and that almost always ends up in a disaster because he doesn’t like to be covered when he feeds and then he struggles and I end up spraying breast milk all over the both of us. Let’s just say the blanket thing doesn’t work for us.
I’ve had to ask myself recently, what is so unnatural about a mother nursing her child ‘in public’? It’s not like I walk around with my breasts hanging out.
I’ve not heard of an adult who is hungry and has food in front of him say ‘it’s not convenient for me to eat here’ or ‘I need to be more discrete with this food I’m about to eat’ actually ‘I’m gonna eat this burger under a blanket’
If a woman wishes to bottle feed her child (breastmilk or formula), it should be because she chose to, for her own personal reasons. Not because she’s worried about being harassed when she pulls out her breast to nurse her child in a public place.
It’s a pity that most people will visually complement a woman with huge breasts and cleavage and yet call a woman nursing in public ‘disgusting’. As much as the right to breastfeed in public is protected by law in most countries, unfortunately nursing mothers are still exposed to both the spoken and unspoken distaste for the sight of a baby with a nipple in their mouth.
Seeing something over and over is the best way to normalise it. So I urge every breastfeeding woman to boldly and confidently nurse your child in public if you need to. Be proud. We can change the perception of society one person at a time!'' #NursingInPublic #MyBreastMyChild #AwarenessCampaign #RaisingAwareness

IT SEEMS OVER FOR LOUIS VAN GAAL OF MANCHESTER UNITED

Louis van Gaal left Manchester United’s team hotel in London on Sunday telling Sky Sports “it’s over.”
United insist, however, Van Gaal’s comments on Sunday were referring purely to the season being “over” – not his reign as United boss.

Sky sources understand Jose Mourinho is set to succeed Van Gaal as United manager, with his agent Jorge Mendes due to fly into the UK on Tuesday for talks.
Van Gaal’s won the FA Cup with Manchester United on Saturday at Wembley after beating Crystal Palace 2-1 after extra time – which may have been the Dutchman’s final game in charge.
Sky Sports James Cooper wished Van Gaal good luck to which he replied, “No, no – it’s over.”

United have no plans for a victory parade in Manchester, and the club are believed to be angry that news of Mourinho’s potential appointment has overshadowed the club’s first FA Cup win since 2004 and first piece of silverware since the departure of Sir Alex Ferguson.
With Rafa Benitez set to remain at Newcastle, Carlo Ancelotti confirmed for Bayern Munich and Pep Guardiola already a Mancehester City manager,  Manchester United is in need of top class coach if they are sack Louis Van Gaal

Reports also suggesting that the Glazer family, who own Manchester United, are reportedly putting measures in place ahead of Ryan Giggs’ appointment as the club’s next manager.
