Yewande Oyediran who was alleged to have stabbed her husband earlier this year in Ibadan gets permission to wear veil to court on the ground that it gives her freedom to show her face to the counsel and trial judge.
The deceased lawyer, Chief Aliyu filed a motion against her wearing of veil to court on the ground that they doubt the identity of the suspect.
Lawyer to Yewande and Oyo state Director of Public Prosecutions, Tajudeen AbdulGaniyu disagreed, saying his client is only responsible to the court only and not people in the Gallery.
