FREEZE OF COOL FM DEFENDS TEEBILLZ

As usual, you expect Freeze of Cool FM to respond every trending issue. He penned this down with respect to what Teebillz posted on his Instagram about Tiwa Salvage's infidelity.

“I woke up this morning to an ordinary pday. The weather was perfect and there was a sense of hope that filled the air…….. Until I turned my phone on and the world turned upside down.
I’m going to be 40 in a few days and I thought I had seen it all. Despite all the rumors about the Baloguns, I always presumed all was well on the Homefront and they were just rumors. My phone rang and it was my radio wife @kaylahoniwo calling, after a brief conversation, we both agreed upon the fact that his account must have been hacked. This is not the Tunji I know.
The one I know is the most wonderful person on earth and if there is anyone I owe a Favour Tunji is that one person. I remember when I returned from California in 2013, I had become the first Nigerian to win the prestigious Nickelodeon KCA and it seemed a bigger deal to Tunji than even to me that won the award. He had on my behalf reached out to the press to celebrate this achievement which he described as ‘major’ in his own words.

Then I had my public meltdown when my previous relationship failed he and @aimakhutoyin were the first people to reach out to me to console me and my respect for him grew. Then there was this one time, on Saint Valentine’s day, when Lagos seemed to have run out of flowers and I remembered that @thepoloavenue had an event the night before and they had the most breathtaking white roses I had ever seen. I went over to get some of the flowers for bae and lo and behold Tee Billz was there with similar intentions.
I saw him as the most romantic husband and lover. In the same vein, when speaking to Tiwa during an interview on @coolfmlagos she was all over him. Purring like a cat at each mention of his name. I am still hoping an announcement will be made that his account was hacked…
However, if at all the rumor turns out to be true, I implore each and everyone of us not to judge them, instead, let’s keep them in our prayers. #BeautifulCouple #BeautifulPeople”

The suspension is provisional until a final decision is taken by Uefa’s control, ethics and disciplinary body.
Sakho, 26, tested positive for what is supposed to be a type of fat burner after the Europa League win against Manchester United on 17 March.

European football’s governing body added Sakho “did not request the analysis of the B sample”. He chose not to challenge the results.
The date of a disciplinary hearing is yet to be announced.
The France international and his club had already agreed he would remain unavailable while a Uefa investigation was completed.
Kolo Toure was also a victim while at Manchester City and was banned for six months in 2011 after testing positive for a weight-loss drug contained within “water tablets” recommended to him by his wife.
A ban for Sakho, it would rule him out of Euro 2016 in France, which starts on 10 June.

Teebillz former associate confirms the outburst between him and his wife on his Instagram handle (Chiefhunnitbands). The former associate offered words of encouragement to him below:

“It saddens me to see someone i had love for going thru it and keepin my mouth shut. I dont do this social media bullshit. I mind my own business and handle my own business. So many things happen behind closed doors, so many secrets will come out to the open, so many disappointments will happen even with the ones you truly love.
What brings true happiness is finding yourself, being true to urself and worrying less about how others feel about u. To say the least, being selfless is the key. I havent talked to my bro@teebillz323
In over 4 yrs nor have i seen him or cared to see him. But i must admit it saddens me to see him in such state. I coulda got ur fone number, email or whatever thru many means but id rather do it this way.
This is the only time i will use social media to express myself on this issue. None of these rants come as news to me. A lotta people will try to put dirt on your name and make u look bad at this tough time, do not break, All i have to say is whatever demons u fighting my G, come out on top. Wish u the best.”

THE REASON BEHIND CLOSING THE EYES DURING KISSING

Researchers have discovered the real reason behind why people close their eyes when they kiss.
People close their eyes when kissing because the brain cannot deal with more than two things at once, according to a UK Psychologist.
They concluded without actually looking at a couple kissing. Instead of this, the cognitive psychologists told respondents to undergo a visual test while their response to something touching their hands was measured.

In the research finding published in the Journal of Experimental Psychology: Human Perception and Performance, the team found that visual fields override tactile responses, meaning that it would become difficult to continue kissing if they were looking at something which becomes difficult to process.

One of the researchers explained further that if our eyes were focused on something, it reduces our awareness of stimuli from other senses.
This could also be used to explain why people sometimes close their eyes while learning braille or dancing.
“These results could explain why we close our eyes when we want to focus attention on another sense. Shutting out the visual input leaves more mental resources to focus on other aspects of our experience,” Dr Polly Dalton, one of the researchers, said.

NIGERIA LABOUR CONGRESS PROPOSE AN INCREMENT OF MINIMUM WAGE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT .

The Nigeria Labour Congress has proposed a new Minimum Wage of N56,000 to the Federal Government.
The President of the  NLC, Mr. Ayuba Wabba, who made the comment while speaking with journalists in Abuja on Wednesday,  said that the Labour body made the formal proposal to the Federal Government on Tuesday.

Wabba said that while it was a fact that the economy was in a bad shape, the law made it clear that a review was overdue. He also said that the economy would not be down for ever.
He said that the Nigerian worker had not faired well in the last one year and would not continue to lament the situation.
“On the issue of the minimum wage, I can say authoritatively that as at yesterday, we have made a formal demand of N56,000 minimum wage to government.
“That demand has been submitted officially to the federal government and we hope that the tripartite system will look at the review mechanism that will be put in place. Our argument is that, yes, it is true that the economy is not doing well but the law is also clear that this issue must be looked into and workers should not be seen to be sleeping on their rights.
“These are processes, but when we come to the round table, we can then see the best way out. But I think it is obvious that since it is a product of law, it is usually required that the tripartite process be put in place so that together we can look at the issues.
“It is obvious that workers have not fared well in the last one year, but we will not continue to lament. What we try to do is to work out a process of engagement on how those issues can be addressed.”
When asked if the N56,000 minimum wage was reasonable in view of the inability of various employers to pay even the N18,000 minimum wage, he explained that the minimum wage was designed to ensure that workers were not made to earn below what schools sustain them.
He stressed that the government was expected to make it a matter of policy to review the Minimum Wage every five years.
He argued that the current Minimum Wage of N18,000 was negotiated when the Naira was exchanging N100 to the United States Dollar, stressing that the economic situation had drastically affected the purchasing power of the worker.
He said that the Federal Government must take the issue of the Minimum Wage seriously if the issue of corruption was to be addressed effectively.
He said that it would be difficult to fight corruption without taking care of the workers
“The issue of minimum wage is not essentially for now, its an issue we must take on board, if we want to address the issue of corruption. Without taking proper care of the worker, it is very difficult. That is why I said its a process and we are going to dialogue around that process. That is why collective bargaining is important,” he added
