Gerald Chukwueke and four others through their counsel, Moyo Onigbanjo (SAN) slammed a suit of 800million against Pator Paul Adefarasin and his church for encroaching into their own land in lekki.
At the last sitting of the court, Justice Akinlade had granted an
interim injunction restraining the defendants, including the
incorporated trustees of the Rock Foundation, the registrar of titles,
Lagos State Land Registry and the attorney general of Lagos State from
demolishing or removing any structure from the land located at Ikate,
Lekki, Lagos.
The case had been adjourned to 7th of April, 2016
