POLICE ARREST AN INDIAN HEMP DEALER WHO STOCK THEM IN TYRES

Harrison Ofesi was arrested by the Nigerian Police for stocking Indian Hemp in used tyres. He was arrested opposite UBA, Abbi Town, Obiaruku, Delta State.
