Consequently, Capital Oil has commenced massive 24hours loading in a
bid to meet NNPC's target of eliminating fuel queues nationwide within
the next few days.
We also wish to discourage Nigerians from
panic buying & hoarding while calling on everyone to stop
patronizing the activities of black marketers''.
