Former Raven defensive tackler (NFL player), Terrance Cody was sentenced to nine months in jail after he was convicted on misdemeanor animal cruelty charges. The prosecutor said that his dog was starved to death. He was also accused of illegally possessing an alligator.
This is a country where the judiciary system is at work. A typical Nigerian court would continually adjourn or rubbish this case.
