A PLANE CRASHED IN SUDAN WITH 45 MEMBERS ON BOARD

A plane with 45 passengers on board was said to have crashed in South Sudan. The South Supreme Airliner burst into flames after crash landing at the Wau Airport.



A South Supreme Airlines plane crashed at South Sudan’s Wau airport with 45 passengers on board. Witnesses said the pilot had overshot the runway.
 
Fire engines rushed to the plane when it crash-landed and started to burn. The number of casualties is unclear as officials confirmed 14 of the 45 on board were injured.
 
 
 
State Information Minister, Bona Gaudensio said: “Right now we have the ambulance which has just come out from the airport and we have received 14 patients being rushed to hospital in stable condition.”
