SELFIE GONE BAD!

A Private in the army has landed in serious trouble after sharing what he thought was a harmless selfie on social media. The Ghanaian military officer should be regretting his action after displaying a photo of him sipping a popular fruit drink, unknown to him that the photo will go viral.

The Kalyppo selfie has forced the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) to commence investigation against the officer for possible breach of regulations, Army PRO has said.
While speaking with MyJoyOnline on Wednesday, Colonel Aggrey Quarshie said that Private Osei Owusu of the Ghana Military Police is responding to questions regarding his act which is deemed as an affront to the Armed Forces Regulations Act of 1962.

He explained that pictures taken using “military accoutrement” are technically the property of the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF), saying officers who want to use them for personal purposes must apply for clearance.

“Your picture does not belong to you and you are not supposed to do anything with it,” he said.

A picture of Private Owusu dressed in his military police outfit clutching the Kalyppo drink circulated social media, barely  three days after a picture of the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo sipping the fruit juice went viral on the same platform.

EX BOYFRIEND STABS A WOMAN TO DEATH AND COMMITS SUICIDE

Julia Martin, A 28-year-old Human Resource Supervisor at an Architecture Firm, was stabbed to death by her ex-boyfriend of over 3 years, Rodney Harvey( 35) after they broke up 6 months ago. Harvey had visited Julia at her apartment in the 3000 block of South King Drive, on the premise of collecting the engagement ring he gave to her Friday night. Police said he forced open the door and stabbed her repeatedly before jumping to his death from her apartment.

According to the police report, she grabbed her phone and called police immediately after the attack at about 7PM, asking them to send an ambulance for her. She also told them the name of the man who stabbed her.
She also called and texted her dad.
“Not only did she call me, she texted me while she was going through all. She was calling everybody, saying that she wanted help. She called another friend and she was panting over the phone, trying to get her breath. He thought it was a prank and he hung up on her. He feels so bad,” her dad, Derrick Martin said Monday.
Her message to her dad which he saw much later, read “Call me ASAP.”
Julia was pronounced dead at Northwestern Memorial Hospital where she was taken to at about 7:37PM.
She had met with her dad few days before her death, telling him that she was going to return the ring.
“She never went into that much detail about how bad it was, she was just telling me that they had broke it off and that she was planning on giving the ring back. There was no indication he was dangerous… I never would’ve thought that in a million years,” Derrick Martin said.
Harvey, a personal trainer, who lived at 2300 block of South Michigan Avenue, was pronounced dead at 7:18PM at the same hospital.
Harvey’s family is raising awareness for Mental Illnesses following the attack as his brother, Nick revealed that he has been diagnosed with mental health problems, including depression.
“My brother has had lifelong issues with diagnosed mental health problems. My mother has devoted so much of her life to trying to make sure he was happy. If you have kids … you know, you fight tooth and nail for your children. We feel awful about what happened.
He had his way of doing things. A lot of people were drawn to him because I think you respect people who aren’t overly conscious over what other people think. It’s one of those enviable qualities. You wish you could be that carefree,” Nick said.
Nick said Harvey has a 13-year-old daughter and his sister’s death 10 years ago (due to heart problems), inspired a love of fitness in him.

NOLLYWOOD ACTOR : FOLUKE DARAMOLA'S HUSBAND CONSULTED 65 PASTORS BEFORE MARRYING HER

Busty Nollywood actor Foluke Daramola's husband claimed he consulted 65 pastors before marrying his busty celebrity wife. The businessman and activist, Kayode Salako has revealed in details how the desire to enjoy his marriage forced him to

Since February 15, 2013 that the couple tied the knot, they are still going on strong and stronger. When asked how he was convinced his wife will be the perfect match after he had gone through a previous divorce, he said: “I did not fancy Nigerian actresses. When I met Foluke, she never proved to me that she was the stereotypical actress. She is a very good cook, washes my underwear, she is homely and not outgoing. In fact, I now prod her to go out. She prefers to be at home with her husband and the children. She is very reasonable, mentally upright, focus and ambitious. She is godly and she can recite 25 psalms in the Bible off hand. She is not money conscious, fun to be with and till date, we still live as friends. We have many things in common. We are activists, we both believe in fighting for our rights. I wasn’t expecting to marry a perfect woman. I have decided to be her father, her boss, her friend and a teacher. When I was getting married, I told everyone in my family to go all out and make inquiries if she is my wife. I consulted about 65 pastors before I made up my mind on her.”
Speaking about his family's reaction after he hinted them of his desire to marry a divorcee, he said: “I wasn’t expecting to marry a perfect woman. I have decided to be her father, her boss, her friend and a teacher. When I was getting married, I told everyone in my family to go all out and make inquiries if she is my wife. I consulted about 65 pastors before I made up my mind on her.”
When asked how they handle misunderstanding, Foluke said: “I was in a marriage before, so making amends when there is a wrong is no problem. Most of the time, I say, ‘I’m sorry,’ it does not cost anything to apologise. If not given, it can degenerate to anything. Fortunately, he does not suffer from inferiority complex. The kind of upbringing I have is contentment and love. I want to have my husband, children and run my home. When we were about getting married, my father-in-law was skeptical and some of his siblings. I made everybody realise that acting is a profession, which I happen to find myself.”
Kayode added: “Foluke is stubbornly reasonable but quick to accept her fault. She kneels down and apologises and sometimes, sheds tears to show she is indeed sorry. I love her very much, she is like my baby and I don’t fail to tell her when she is wrong. Our quarrel doesn’t last an hour. We are not in this marriage by accident but by the will of God.”
Asked on what he thinks is the secret to a happy marriage, he said: “Maintain that channel of communication. Discuss it all because when you don’t tell her she might not know. Secondly, understand each other. Know your wife and who she is. You must also be friends. Also a man should learn to overlook especially if you are married to a celebrity. I read a book where a writer said nothing is a problem, only thinking makes it so. If you attach meanings to every issue, marriage heads for the rocks. Not all the time should you overlook but when you want to make a complaint let it be in the confines of your bedroom. Let the man be mentally mature too and be confident in himself. Also, learn to share. A man should not allow his wife do all the chores and he wants to share her money with her, it fails. She is not your slave, she is a human being that deserves happiness.”
Foluke then said: “The woman is motivated by what she hears and the man, what he sees. Women make the mistake of not spicing up their marriage. What are those things that attracted him to you? Then, don’t stop. He loves my legs and I wear short skirts at home for him. You have to put your man on his toes. Read books and know what excite your marriage. Also, men don’t tell their wives ‘I love you.’ Pay her compliments. I wash his undies, cook special diet. In fact celebs go the extra mile to make marriage work. We try to pamper, make men feel special and want homes. We need confident men. Take care of your man. Say, ‘I love you’. My husband tells me every morning, ‘I love you.’"

STRANGLED SEX HAWKER

An evil man who strangled a prostitute to death after having sex with her has been captured by the police.
Toni Jax Ncube from Bindura of Zimbabwe has been arrested by the police after he allegedly murdered a prostitute and dumped her on the road. It was gathered that the two had engaged in an argument after Ncube refused to pay her accusing her of stealing his money.

According to Bulawayo24, the police while giving details of the encounter said that on the 4th of October 2016 at around 02:00 am, while at Chipadze business Centre, Bindura, the accused hired the now deceased sex worker Faith Arimandi, aged 22, also from Bindura.
Ncube then reportedly hired a taxi and took Arimandi to his house where they spent the night together.

The following morning Ncube apparently discovered that his money, amounting to US$60, was missing and accused Arimandi resulting in a misunderstanding. A misunderstanding ensued resulting in Ncube strangling Arimandi until she died.

After that, he took her body and dumped it along a dusty road. He has since confessed to the crime.

He also led to the recovery of the deceased Sumsung cellphone which he had already sold to 18-year-old Brendon Dickson of Chipindura park Bindura.

GHANAIAN PLAYERS LOVE SEX SAYS EX-COACH

Malik Jabir, an ex coach of the black stars of Ghana has made a startling claim about why the energy level of most Ghanaian footballers has dropped.  The 71-year-old who played for the Black Stars in the 1968 and 1972 Olympics is currently a technical adviser for Asante Kotoko, a professional club in the Ghana Premier League, and was speaking mainly about the level of the country’s top local league.
The former Black Stars player and coach said that the reason why the players are getting weak because of too much sex.
The man believes that Ghana’s club players are not doing well because beautiful Ghanaian girls have made them weaker.

Vanguard reports that Malik who coached the Black Stars in 2003 said in a national radio that Ghana players indulge in too much sex rather than train and improve their strength and skills. These were exactly his words:
“They are having too much sex, which is destroying the energy levels of the current national football,” he said. “In Ghana there are very beautiful women who do not want to leave them alone. However, we must know the difference between sex and football. There is time for everything. It’s not possible to reach the top if both are mixed.
“A lot of today’s players cannot play 90 minutes because they get tired so easily."

9 SYMPTONS OF BREAST CANCER

The best way to treat Cancer is early detection. Awareness of breast cancer has been on the increase in this 20th century. With one in two people now getting cancer at some point in their lifetime, the threat is more evident than ever. Breast cancer was the most common cancer worldwide in women contributing more than 25% of the total number of new cases diagnosed in 2012.

There were 53,696 new cases of breast cancer in the UK alone in 2013 and 11,433 deaths in 2014. Thankfully due to increasing awareness and advances in treatment the survival rate is now 78%, but it's important to catch it early.

The most commonest sign most people look out for are lumps and bumps, but there are a whole host of other warning signs that aren't spoken about as often.

October is breast cancer awareness month and in a bid to raise awareness, here are nine early symptoms you should look out for:

1. Lump or thickening in your breast or armpit

2. Change to the skin of your breast

3. Changes in the shape or size of your breast

4. Dimpling of the skin or thickening in the breast tissue

5. A nipple that's turned in (inverted)

6. A rash (like eczema) on the nipple

7. Nipple changes or discharge

8. Pain in your breast

9. Any other unusual or persistent changes to your breast

What should I do if I have any of these symptoms?

See your GP as soon as possible if you notice any symptoms of breast cancer. Your GP will examine you. If they think your symptoms need further assessment they'll refer you to a specialist breast cancer clinic.

Don't be worried about wasting your doctor's time – it's always better to be safe than sorry.

How is breast cancer diagnosed?

The most common way doctors look for breast cancer in women is to identify lumps in the breast. They most often do this with mammogram x-rays and sometimes an ultrasound scan – usually in women over 35.

These tests will detect whether there are any unusual lumps or bumps inside the breast. If they find anything worrying they will then do a biopsy, where a sample of tissue cells is taken from the breast to see if it's cancerous.

You may also need a scan and a needle test on lymph nodes in your armpit (axilla) to see whether these are also affected.

If you do have a cancerous lump, your specialist will then decided the best corse of treatment.

How is breast cancer treated?

Due to medical advances there are now a whole host of different treatment options for breast cancer.

Depending on your exact diagnosis you may have a combination of any of the following: surgery, radiation, hormonal (anti-estrogen) therapy and chemotherapy.

There are also complementary and holistic medicines and techniques such as yoga and meditation, that can be given alongside stronger treatment.

POPULAR SEX POSITION IN THE WORLD

According to Dailystar here are the hottest and most popular s*x positions around the world. This was deducted fro survey that was conducted:

Poland: The Galloping Horse

The name very much explains what this one is about. The guy sits in a chair with his legs outstretched while she straddles him, lowering herself on top with her legs outstretched in front.

She holds onto his shoulders for balance while he holds her waist as she moves.
"Polish culture is very traditional but that does not translate to our s*x lives," Daniel Cysarz, sexologist and psychotherapist in Poland told Women's Health.

Brazil: The Amazon

This move is all about letting the girls own their pleasure as they're in charge of the depth, speed and direction. The man lies down on the bed and brings his knees towards his chest.
He wraps his legs around her as she squats down on his shaft.

Australia: Lying down doggy

This position is all about letting the man take control. The girl lies face down on the bed while the guy lays on top and enters from behind.
"There's a strong, traditional masculinity that exists here…but it's very relaxing and sensual for both partners," Elaine George, director of Sexology Australia said.

Britain: Doggy style

Our favourite s*x position in the UK is Doggy Style with a recent survey finding that one in four people favour it over others.
Haven't tried it? She gets on all fours while he kneels from behind with his body slightly draped over.
